Amy and Kylie are both amazing reception staff, always so kind and friendly. They are very professional and always go above and beyond to support my needs and are understanding when things go wrong. They are always welcoming to all clients and people who visit. Sam the dietitian is absolutely amazing for anyone with arfids. She has improved the quality of my life immensely and I’m so grateful for all the hard work this clinic provides. Thank you Champion Health Slacks Creek your hard work and dedication is appreciated.

i seen Jen ( masseuse ) last week as i had some bad pain down my right leg, it seemed to relieve the pain for a couple of days and i had another appointment with her yesterday, during the week Jen studied what could be causing the pain and when i seen her last night she tried a different approach, within minutes of treatment the pain had slowly eased, i awoke this morning with no pain.Thank you Jen for going out of your way to help relieve my pain, also a huge thank you to the admin team for always going above and beyond wit... read more
