I recently purchased a home with a 30 year warranty on the repairs made by this company in 2009. They installed 23 helical piers to stabilize the foundation. When I called after noticing new cracks appearing, I was told the warranty would not be honored because it was completed by the previous owners of the business. After researching on the Florida Division of Corporations website, however, it appears that this is still the same company, with the same partners, who conveniently dropped "Systems" from the end of the business... read more

My husband and I moved to Florida in 2009 from New Jersey. We bought our first house in Spring Hill, not knowing anything about sinkholes.
