This service department is the absolute worst I have ever seen and I'm old. They had my F-150 for almost three weeks for a software problem? They called after the first week and said yup all fixed come on down . I said great got there still had the same problem the service advisor insisted it was fixed I had to take him to the truck and demonstrate that it was not working...Then he said we will have to keep it for a while I said ok just fix it!!
