Try to avoid it as much as possible. Horrible place. Costs fortune for doing almost nothing. Went there to replace my brake shoe’s and they charged me 1375$ labor fee 650$ for the parts and diognosis fee of 250$ even though i have no idea why they needed to diognos my truck and almost 150$ for other their hidden fees when i ask why is it so much they told me they got the job done fast. It took 6 hours. WHEN I WAS ON THE ROAD I FOUND OUT THEY BROKE MY HOSE while installing the brake shoe
while installing new brakes for my semi truck, they damaged my brake drums and didn’t even bother to inform me. I only discovered it later during another inspection. That’s not just poor service — it’s negligent and dangerous. This shop is either incompetent or dishonest — maybe both. I wouldn’t trust them with basic maintenance, let alone critical repairs. Avoid Champion Truckcare at all costs — they overcharge, underdeliver, and risk your safety.
I brought my Freightliner Cascadia to Champion Truckcare for an issue with the aftertreatment system — specifically to replace the quality sensor and metering unit. They claimed to have replaced both parts, charged me nearly $2,500 for two hours of work, but the problem was not fixed at all.
