This gym is probably the greatest you can find in Katy. Ok sure there’s the YMCA and Lifetime but if you genuinely want that hard work put in, you better go to CFC.
I'm so glad I joined, I'm getting the results I been aspiring for. Casey, gets you prepped first to get a core ready for workouts, that only add too your energy and stamina, but also to enjoy the results that you once begin to see overtime. CFC! I’ve been coming here for about 4 months now and it has been great both coach marci & Casey worked with me to modify my workouts around my shoulder injury it has been life changing and it is always a up beat environment feels like family!
Champion fitness center has been a life changing experience. Zero judgment & it feels like a close family were we all learn & train together! 100% recommend!!
Great place, coaches on point, friendly, and explain all work care, and really listen to your goals, most of all fun,,laughs, great teammates that push and give couragment to get you to your goal.
