I had nothing but a bad experience with the new home I just purchased 4 months ago. I have had to have them come out 2 times now to fix things and the work is still not completed properly and they contractors left a huge mess for me to clean up when I got home after work. I have already spoke to Pedro and he never returns calls, I have spoke to Ferlinda and she takes a day to respond unless you call and call or text yourself. Very knowledgeable sales person had wonderful experience. The tour was nice.
I had a fantastic experience with Champion Homes Center. Jacqueline Velazquez was professional, and helpful. One of the things that really stood out was their generous travel accommodations — they offer up to $350 in travel reimbursement(upon approval) and even cover a hotel stay for one night if you’re coming from more than two and a half hours away. That kind of hospitality is rare these days!
