Dwayne does all my MSR Trucks. he does a great job and i continue to call him for more. he does a great job.
Terrible!!! He used the quick "spray and wipe" stuff leaving a streaky, greasy film on every surface of my truck. He used it on my seats, stearing wheel and step up bars too. When he was confronted about the issues, he blew it off, refused to do it correctly or even give a partial refund.
DO NOT USE THIS GUY! We purchased 2 Groupons for hit detailing service. You leave a voicemail and hope he calls back. He never detailed our cars but still took our money. We had to file an attorney general complaint. They told us there was another complaint as well, but that they still after 2 months were unable to contact him.
Struggled to get an appointment. Left so many messages and never got a call back, finally after about 7 months of buying the deal on Groupon was able to get an appointment. Exterior just fine, interior dashboard and seats were fine. However the carpet was not done properly and the mats didn't look shampooed. The owner disagreed with me, and I was not in a mood to fight, had to get back to work. It's just OK, an auto wash at Mr. Clean with an interior clean for $30 bucks would do the job.
