It was a painful process, due to custom parts for a restaurant dumbwaiter, but Champion came through just in time for our inspection like, well...champions. From Robert, Maria & Sterling in NY, to Matt, Mike & Maureen in CT, they answered numerous calls & questions and got us up & running. The flexible pricing packages are great, too!
Literally driving on the wrong side of the road, into oncoming traffic.
Servicemen are fine but their office staff and billing department in particular are just awful. They bill you when you've already paid for their service contract and it's impossible to get them to stop sending the invoices hoping you will give up and just pay them.
