These people are literally incompetent. We have had elevator problems at our apartment for months. Champion regularly comes to "fix it" but it remains broken. Honestly not sure what their team does, but they certainly do not know how to fix an elevator.

Flagrant disregard for other drivers or how to drive properly. Merged into our lane without signaling and almost hit us on BQE! Then harassed us. Bald guy, terrible driver, company sends out their worst drivers on the road to represent them. wouldn't trust this company. Happened on 4/14 around 4:25pm. We have the video of the harassment--please vet your drivers.

Champion Elevator has consistently provided poor service requiring multiple visits over weeks and sometimes a month. Most recently, the technician had to sit with a manual to try and figure out how to understand the system. Furthermore, he forgot to replace a component, and when it was damaged by the elevators movement, they sent me an invoice to fix it. Then, when I declined their service agreement, they continued to send me invoices for that maintenance agreement and and continue to harass me for payments that I do not owe... read more
