Forgot to add onto my last review as someone in the office wrote back to a review from someone going thru same issue as me charging insurance money for work they don’t do, first of all yes they do charge your insurance company cause they make sure they get their money before doing any dental work but they has screwed me over big time charges my insurance company 1000s of dollars for work they never did they seen me one time for X-rays my second appt on the way there which was a 2 hr drive receptionist says we no longer accep... read more

I actually live in Bellevue and drive to Lebanon to see this dentist. I’m very funny about going to the dentist and they are really good about everything here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE! Even under a new management they are horrible and rude and so unprofessional. They called me in early and then literally made me wait to do anything for an hour and then another 30 mins where they ran around like they had no idea what they were doing! They took back what they said they would do because they ran out of time even though it was their fault since they spend so long doing pointless stuff. They had horrible bedside manner and the dentist was so degrading. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
