Just tuned my BMW 1000R. Runs much better now.
Want to start off by saying thank you! From the very first call, through the updates in between, all the way to pickup—everything was straightforward and professional. I was kept informed on what needed to be changed or replaced, with no surprises on the bill. I’ve got to say, Danny really knows his stuff. Straightforward, no BS. When you fired the bike up, you had me grinning from ear to ear. I can’t wait to get her out on the road and really put the new cam and tune to the test!
I bought a misbehaving bike that was tuned here. Took it back with a high idle issue in October of 2024. They charged me $500 and returned the bike in ‘limp mode’ with engine light and said the issue was fixed. $200 for labour and $300 to tune it again - something about not having the password for the license. Had to bring it back a few days later to remove the engine light and bike ran like shit again (Not their fault, bike ran like shit from the beginning). Very pleased with the tune Dan put on my FZ-07. Throttle response is much smoother, power delivery is cleaner across the rev range, and overall rideability is noticeably improved. The bike feels more refined and predictable, especially in the midrange. Dan and his team clearly know these platforms inside and out and take a precise, data-driven approach to tuning. Excellent work and highly recommended for anyone looking to get the most out of their bike.
