We hired champion contracting services to take down our old fence and build a new one. We hired them because the price was pretty good. Keep in mind you get what you pay for. Here was our experience. He showed up different times of the day sometimes showing up in the afternoon, he would forget to bring some tooling such as rakes, shovel and sump pump. Pros Price was reasonable Built Fence is nice Took e-transfer as a form of payment. The clean up for the most part was pretty good. Cons Communication Should have seen the writing on the wall when he was first contacted and was supposed to come he did a no show. When a text was sent we were informed his car broke down. Decided to give him a second chance to come and he did, but if we did not reach out we would not have known what happened. Do not use this company, no cuts are straight, the fence is not straight, the tops of posts are not straight, tried using different coloured boards. When you want quality, this is the company to avoid.
Super pleased with the customer service. They are quick to answer any inquiries I’ve made. Great communication and very professional. Looking forward to them putting a new driveway in for me.
