Today I came home from work to my garage flooding from my laundry room. I was in a complete panic. I am the single mom of five and I'm going through a really hard divorce and I just cannot handle one more problem in my life right now. Champion sent out Noah Richter and TJ Denapoli for a free inspection, but that's not all they did. We cannot express how pleased we are with the services of Champion Cleaning Services. We were on vacation when we got notified that our basement flooded. My experience with Champion Cleaning was disappointing. The project manager, Josh, provided his contact information but did not follow through with promised updates or emails. Calls for status updates resulted in assurances that were never fulfilled, leading to a week of delays and wasted time while I managed a full-time job. Given the lack of communication and follow-through, I cannot recommend this company. This was especially unexpected, as I chose them based on what appeared to be a strong reputation.
I had a water behind the wall problem and Champion sent out Joshua, a tech professional that accessed the situation, walked me through the process and help me understand what comes next. Josh will even talk to your insurance company with or for you. If you have a water, fire or a mold problem call Champion.
I’ve had water emergencies before and had to deal with restoration companies. Champion thus far has exceeded my expectations. They have been professional and timely.
