Enjoyed my experience here at champion auto, they had a large selection to choose from and staff was very friendly. I worked with Tom Coak and he was very helpful, honest and professional, he got me the right price and helped me with any questions I needed. Definitely recommend!!
Services are too expensive even for simple things such as battery change. The products used are bare minimum at best. My new battery only has a 2 year warranty and cost me ~500. They tried to charge me more money to check other things when I just had a battery problem on a vehicle with less than 35k miles.
Called twice for a oil change, flush, and a tire rotation. Called again Monday morning to confirm the price and the service. Showed up and the mechanic on duty(Hassan) said he had never heard of a oil flush and charged me the same rate for just the change and rotation. Very get them in the door type dealership.
