I brought my Pacifica in for a recall issue. My write up man, Phillip Wright, was exceptional and gave me five star service. My only complaint is that when the car was returned, the second and third row seats were stowed away and not returned to their upright positions. I think they should have been put back in the same positions as when I brought it in.
Bailey Hartner was incredibly knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with! Had a 10:00 am apt for tire rotation & fix a small leak and @ 12 :45 they showed me the nail and I can only hope my tire got rotated. Finally got out at 1:20 haveing apt does not mean you will be sean even if cars come in after your.
The service department staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
