I took my Wrangler into Phil and the service center end of September for an electrical issue. Picked it up in November, because of the auto workers strike, parts weren't available and it took awhile to fix. The original issue resurfaced upon leaving. Called and took it back. I got it back today fixed. There were huge issues along the way, the problem came down to an aftermarket trailer brake system shorting out. Got a recall notice on my dodge. I scheduled my car for a week later just to get there and be told that they didn't have the part. The guy who was supposed to be helping me had a temper and told me he would call me later that day to reschedule for tomorrow as the part would be in by then.
