I strongly advise against bringing your vehicles to this dealership due to the disrespectful behavior of their employees, particularly Chris Mangino, who spoke to me in an unacceptable manner in the service department yesterday. I had my Jeep Wrangler hybrid serviced here and discovered that Chris admitted over the phone that the dealership lacks a qualified technician to work on hybrids; I should have been told that from the beginning when I called to make an appointment.
