I didn’t have an appointment but they had an opening so got my oil changed very quick!!
I took my 2021 1500 ram into champion of Athens cause my USB ports weren't working come to find out they were working. I asked about my cigarette lighter not working, come to find out when I had my dashboard replaced by champion of Decatur in February they forgot to plug it in. That cost me $188. Called champion of Decatur service manager for reimbursement and he said no because they didn't fix it they wasn't going to pay me.
