Seven months of haggling. They do not respond to e-mails or calls. They make promises never kept. They never got around to finishing their work because they say they were short-staffed. Yet, they advertise through mass mailers for more business. They re-built my chimney saying it would stop leaks I had. Yet, the leaks continued afterwards even though I paid them over $3,000. In addition, they damaged my roof and deck. Do not use this firm. You'll probably be sorry if you do.
