Steve has been coming to clean my chimney since I built my house in 2006. He not only does a fantastic job, he is very thorough. He even fixed a hole in my roof for free. I recommend him. He’s the best

His name is Richard, I scheduled him for a 1:00 to 1:30 arrive time. He showed up at 12:30, I was not ready, but he insisted. First he said it would take 30 to 45 mins, he charged $175, had to be cash. He was in and out in 20 minutes. He left soot from flue on top of top baffles( which I found later that night), he vacuumed out box, and quickly vacuumed glass. Left the hearth and glass dirty. Made two calls before he called back. We mad,e an appointment and then he called and cancelled because he had "something else" to do. He clearly did not want to do business with me, because he gave me the names and numbers of two other chinmey sweeps. He is very arrogant to say the least.
