This review is for the service department. After servicing my Trax (bought new) here every six months for 7.5 years, exclusively, I gave it to a relative in another city. Their local Chevy dealer service said the previous tire rotation stripped lug nuts and damage a wheel (among other minor issues), requiring $500 to repair.
