Excellent Customer Service. We broke down while traveling through the area. They got us in same day and repairs were completed the next day. Shout out to Bruce, the diesel mechanic and Cedrick, the Service Manager as well as the Customer Service gals. Would highly recommend this business for all your automotive service needs.
Never ever had such a horrific issue with a dealership in our life. Our vehicle has a manufacturing defect that broke at 62,000 miles and 2 years old. Took it to the dealer to fix. Paid over 1k this first time only for the issue to not be fixed and broke again 48 hours after pickup. Brought it in again and now it’s a “new” issue and fix, despite it being the same one. I am not saying you will have the same experience as we did. Let me say first that the staff is friendly. We have encountered three different bad experiences with the service depth. First time, I took my truck to get an oil change. When they brought it back I had a scratch in my steering wheel. I brought it to their attention and they said " we didn't do it but if you buy the new steering wheel we will do the labor for free". Second experience we took another car to get a new tire.
