They got me in the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had me back on the road in no time. Their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding service!

We had a great experience buying our 2026 Chevy Trax. We met with Alex and he had the car ready for us to drive as soon as we got there. Once we decided we wanted to buy, him and the finance guy worked with us to help us get the lowest payment possible. We never felt pressured to buy any extras or anything. It was a very laid back experience and we will definitely be back when we're in the market for another vehicle!
I want to say Melinda in the service department is great but she needs HELP. I had issues with the service department. I reached out to Jeff the owner and he never called me back. I honestly don’t know how this dealership stays in business. They had my truck for 2 weeks and they never called me to give me any updates. When they finally looked at it the quote they gave me was ridiculously high. I towed it to another shop for the repairs. Took the car to Walmart to have battery checked since I had starting issues, they checked the battery and alternator, said both were good, NO $0 CHARGE. Took the car to Champion for a diagnostic check but they said they could not do a diagnostic check but did tell me the battery was “good.” Bill was $176.00 Still don’t know why I am having starter problems!
