Fix our truck nicely
Took our '21 Gm car in for a door replacement. Just crossed 50k mi and it's kept inside of a garage. No other damage was present at that time.The cars first accident.the Car was brought to them in clean condition, Just a couple of small pieces of glass on the interior. It had been vacuumed and hand washed before dropoff.They had a 3 week turn around time. Would have been sooner if they hadn't a broken so many clips on the trim I guess and had to find them. I want to thank Erwin and Mike for taking great care of me and my car today. I think in the past there have been some quality issues but Mike and Erwin really seem to be going g above and beyond to provide great customer service and communication. Thank you both!!
Worked hard to get me sorted on a deadline and did great work with awesome communication. Erwin in particular did a really excellent job and I'm very happy with the service I got. Can't imagine much else they could have done and I really appreciated dealing with humans who listen and are willing to help. Great experience in a trying time. Thanks again!
