Overall amazing service from the beginning of the estimate to the delivery of my car. Kept me informed with the process of my vehicle and the time frame was less than expected. Best bodyshop in town.
I’ve had to get repairs at a few different shops over the years, with disappointing service and mediocre effort. I went to the dealer body shop as that’s where the fleet work is done for businesses and agencies I’ve work with have gone to. I was really pleased with the service and timeliness of their work. They knew who I was after scheduling an appointment, ordered me a rental, and had the work done quicker than promised, which was less than a week. The manager is rude and literally couldn't care less about her job. The attitude from these people is laughable. If its not their personal car they really dont care. Do bettern or stop doing it.
DISABLED MY DASH CAMERA AND LEFT IT THAT WAY FOR PICK UP. YOU TURNED MY SAFETY DEVICE OFF AND NEVER INFOMRED ME. MY DASHCAMERA BEING DISABLED IS MIND BLOWING. I was in a accident, I brought my car here, for some reason, my dash camera was unplugged and left unplugged when my wife picked the car up. She almost t boned on the way home with her FRESHLY repaired car, with the dash camera disabled by your shop.
