Steve was rude on the phone to my wife when she inquired about a car, he became angry and virtually hung up on her. Looks like Steve has a history of very poor customer service and anger issues.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you want a lemon. I made the mistake of buying a car from Salesman Steve and it’s had no end of problems. It’s spent more time at the mechanic than it has on the road. If I could give less than one star I would.
Don't waste your time. Steve won't even let you test drive the car without putting a gaurantee down. If you question about the cars history he will get extremely angry and kick you out of the car yard. The Rav4 looked like it had weldmarks on the left hand chassis - it possibly could've been in a serious accident. When questioned: Steve beleived I "insulted his intelligence". This car yard sold us a commercial van which has not been on the road for 3 weeks costing our company over $1,000.00 per week as it has not made a return for us, due to being off the road with problem after problem which we are still having to this day. So if you want to buy a LEMON buy it from Champion Cars and Commercials... and watch the warranty it is concrete as soon as you feet hit the concrete it is void!! Roadworth Certificate..hhmmm still trying to work that one out RTD... should be RD&H...Run Duck and Hide!!!!!!!!!
