So excited with how the carpet turned out. I had a very sick cat that caused some damage due to urinary issues, stains. Everything came out beyond my expectations. Smell, red coloring, all... on 30 year old cream color carpet, looks almost new. Will be having them back again, for the lower level.

Marcus took care of a couple bedrooms and a living room, showed up on time, had all his equipment ready, and got the job done in just over an hour. He also offered a carpet oxidizing treatment which I hadn’t heard of before, but it made sense and I went for it. Pricing was fair and straightforward, no surprises.
