Had an appointment called to cancel due to a family matter , well before I could mention rescheduling the guy on the phone said Wow rudely thank you and just hung up
If anyone is new to this process, beware of asking questions. Upon doing so, he was impatient, defensive and rude! Need to check your calendar before making an appointment and request to call back? Be prepared to be met with more unprofessional rude behavior/comments matched with being hung up on. Marcus, I was very polite to you and did not deserve the way you spoke to me! Please learn some patience for potential new customers and work on your communication skills. Very unprofessional!
Had ir ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Very disappointed I had to clean up after him. Dryer lent all over my patio, screws and staples from inside the vents left on my carpet and debris from upper vents. He told me he was finished up So I double checked him and found two vents he never even cleaned.. then he made the comment (walk a day in my shoes and you would understand).. Hands down the best duct cleaning and carpet cleaning business and owner. I have used his services twice for two different homes now and I wouldn’t use anyone else! He has completely transformed my filthy carpets in a home I bought and has cleaned the ducts so well. The air quality in my home is so much better than before and I can “breathe easy” now.
