The team at Champion Business Solutions has been professional, on time, and an excellent resource for our church. I’m really happy with the service we’ve received so far. Our brand-new Epson copier works efficiently, and I’m glad we decided to make the switch. Robert Sr. and Jr. have been great to work with, and we’re excited to continue supporting a local business.
Where do I start. Robert Jr. is great. If I call with an issue he is always Johnnie on the spot or gives me a reasonable eta. He always goes above and beyond to help us and he is so pleasant to talk with. Robert Sr is funny and such a joy, he lights the place up and always is very helpful. I have had such a good experience with this company that I have referred them to my friends, so I thought I should put a good review in for them. Thank you gentlemen for your personal attention you have always given us.
Everyone I’ve worked with at Champion Solutions has been consistently friendly and professional. We recently leased a printer from them, and their prompt response and attentive service have demonstrated excellent customer support. The equipment is truly top of the line. Robert has been especially diligent, regularly checking in to ensure everything is running smoothly since the installation of our latest machine.
What a blessing Champion Business Solutions is. First of all, we are a religious non-profit and Robert Delabitoria put a lot of work into finding us the best machine. We are so pleased with our Ricoh MP 6003. Amazing service highly recommend them they fixed our printer in like 10 min when pacific automation took 2 hours to not even do anything other then charge us 380. Robert was amazing and will be using them for all printer service needs
