Great Service, Strong Follow Through Our office purchased an Epson printer (C-6000) through Champion Business Solutions. While the printer had some issues in the beginning, their team responded quickly and professionally every time. The repair technician, Robert, arrived at our office fast, was knowledgeable, and stayed committed to resolving the problem. When we were looking at purchasing our printer they were very attentive, including telling me repeatedly about the warranty. After we purchased the printers, we have had THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They don’t answer the phone, when we leave a message they don’t call back, when they come out to “fix” the printer, it works for a minute and breaks down quickly. The team at Champion Business Solutions has been professional, on time, and an excellent resource for our church. I’m really happy with the service we’ve received so far. Our brand-new Epson copier works efficiently, and I’m glad we decided to make the switch. Robert Sr. and Jr. have been great to work with, and we’re excited to continue supporting a local business.

Where do I start. Robert Jr. is great. If I call with an issue he is always Johnnie on the spot or gives me a reasonable eta. He always goes above and beyond to help us and he is so pleasant to talk with. Robert Sr is funny and such a joy, he lights the place up and always is very helpful. I have had such a good experience with this company that I have referred them to my friends, so I thought I should put a good review in for them. Thank you gentlemen for your personal attention you have always given us.
