What a smooth process, I was recommended by a friend to them when I was in an accident, glad I listened. Everyone was super friendly and they kept me updated about everything that had to do with my car. Will definitely be where I go back if I ever need car stuff again.
This place is fantastic, I barely had to lift a finger, they worked seamlessly with my insurance and rental car company. My husband asked me to call them and I said, I will not. The first thing I saw when I walked in was a sign that says,”relax we’ll take it from here.” And they did my car looks fantastic, and they cleaned and vacuumed my car too! I almost never leave reviews (my last was in 2023), but CARSTAR Champion Body Works in Lorton absolutely deserves this one. They had just flawlessly repaired our car when—unbelievably—it was damaged again days later. I returned in frustration and met Graham, whose calm professionalism and kindness were exactly what we needed. He took care of the new blemish on the spot. Graham is the gold standard in customer service—a true credit to the shop.
They did an amazing job & kept me updated on the whole process of my vehicle!
