I have been using Champion for years for all of our promotional items, and they are the best around. Terra is great. She goes above and beyond for customers and is very quick to respond. I highly recommend them!

I’m beyond frustrated I placed an order online was excited because they call to say it was ready the next day. Remind you their hours of operation are not very convenient for the average working parent. They close at 4pm and are closed on the weekends. So I ask a friend to pick the uniforms up for me. Clearly they didn’t read the order. I ordered large shirts in men size., extra large jacket. The jacket is not the one I ordered on line& they gave me an extra small. Overall, the quality and time to receive clothes is great. But the customer service is not. The lady at counter seems as if she does not want to be there it would be nice to see a smile or a cheerful Welcome in or hey how you doin. Nope, Just mute the entire time.

El servicio hoy no fue de mi agrado ya que la primer persona que me atendió actuaba como si lo estuviera pidiendo regalo 😒 pedi alguien mas para que me atendiera y llego otra chica, lo cual me atendió y respondió mis dudas fue servicial y amable , no se si su actitud fue por ser latinos si fue asi un gran ❌ para ella , en cuanto los uniformes todo bien excelente calidad 👍🏼
