Very knowledgeable mechanic. He inspected under hood... and let me know what it was because I let him know that the mechanic I took my car to first said it was something totally different. Mr.Robert even took the time to explain and showed me the problem, so I left my car there and picked up my car the next day. His price was discussed beforehand. I feel you just need to communicate. Recently brought my car in. I paid half of the price that Firestone quoted me. Not only did he do an amazing job, but he also checked all of my fluids etc. Support local businesses 😉. My car runs like a champ now.
