I’ve entrusted Mr Raymond Johnson with all my cars over the last 30+ years (a Mercedes and Lexus. He’s always done great work at very reasonable prices.
I was referred to this place by another shop that was unable to accommodate my request. Raymond handled the work, pricing was reasonable, and I received exactly what I needed.
Raymond is excellent at what he does, he goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers and will not give up until your issues are resolved. His auto shop is warm and welcoming to anyone, whether you are an existing or new customer. He also has a great support of associates who are just as knowledgeable and helpful as he. Please do not believe the reviews you are seeing. I thought this guy Raymond, the owner, was an honest man but he wasn't. I took my car to get it repaired by him on 1/4/24 and he said he repaired everything that same evening. I went to pick up my car this morning on 1/5/24 and pay for the service but I realized he left my vehicle parked outside on the street and he left the door unlocked.
