Kate and the guys (and the dog!), were great! Unfortunately, we shattered the rear window of our F150 while transporting lumber on a cold, winter day and had plans to return to MA the next day. I had a great experience with Champion. They were able to schedule me within 1-2 days of calling; they came to my car to replace a broken window, so I didn't have to drive to them; and they vacuumed after install, so I didn't have to deal with getting rid of all the broken glass on my own. Professional and friendly all around, and very fair prices. I definitely recommend them! :)

Had a small mishap with the windshield replacement but was taken care of by staff. They made sure the problem was fixed in a timely manner. Receptionist, technicians and office pup are all very friendly. People make all the difference sometimes! Joseph came directly to my home and replaced my glass quickly and efficiently in less than a hour! Cute waiting room with comfy couch, tv, free coffee.
