From the very first visit to the last, Melissa and her lovely team have been incredible. I am so glad I went to Champery Couture for my dream bridal dress. The quality and care they put to each detail is amazing. I received so many compliments about the dress and deservingly it’s all credit to this beautiful team. Firstly, I just want to say that I went to a different bridal store first and had an awful experience. When I reached Champery I was feeling so down about the experience, but was met with the most wonderful welcome from Melissa and staff. A private appointment at the time, it felt glamorous and I was made to feel beautiful. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding reception gown from champery! The customer service I couldn’t fault - not to mention I felt beautiful in the dress. Moving cities and going through the wedding overwhelm in the lead up Mel was able to help push my order through and was so delightful and kind. Had a great experience in store too, even when I got a little emotional 🥹 haha. Would highly recommend ✨💕
