TERRIBLE… completely chopped off my daughter’s hair. She specifically asked for her bangs not to be touched up and completely ruined her hair. We’re having to invest more money on alternatives. It’s uneven, chopped and completely ruined. There is absolutely no explaining this! Just an FYI she had even shoulder length hair. This is unacceptable
