I was really disappointed with my experience today. I've had several Brazilian waxes before, so I know what to expect, and this was by far the worst one I've had. At the start of the appointment, I wasn't asked how I wanted my wax done. Every other esthetician I've seen has always asked if I wanted to leave any hair, and I normally leave a small strip in the front. I had an amazing experience! Thomas took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my hair and beard and delivered even better results than I expected. The attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly attitude made the whole appointment perfect .The whole staff is highly professional.
