We went there for wic application. People were great, even though we missed the appointment time a couple of hours, they helped us anyway.
WOW. Today was the worst experience I have ever had with someone. There was a red-haired woman with glasses working there today who was supposed to "help" me with my water sample. To say she helped me would be laughable. She was demeaning, rude, and had no interest in helping me. She acted like I was stupid for not mailing in the sample, when her co-worker told me to bring it in to the building. She was making snarky comments and her customer service is terrible. I would never go back to this place again if I had the choice.... read more
