Good food; good activities; helpful rehab.
The things that are supposed to be done in regards to care for the residents are never done at this place. They neglect every single resident here. Constant refusals for showers, no shower beds, broken hoyers, food isn’t always edible, leaving residents in soiled breifs passed 8 hours , dentures are forgotten 🤢 and the list goes on. Though it was a pleasure working with the residents I had and to be able to assist them when their home staff does not. I pray for all of the residents here and at their sister facility.
