I have a 2022 Escape that developed an issue with the moonroof not opening/closing correctly. The Escape has been looked at/worked on 8 times. It was even delivered twice to my home stating it was fixed but was still having the same issue. This has been a very long drawn out nightmare. Brought my 2018 Ford focus in for a “wrks” service twice and will not be returning. Supposedly, includes full fluid top offs and a full system check as well as an oil change and tire rotation. Both times they failed to top off the coolant. ALL wheels lugs were overtorqued by 50+ lb feet. Called to complain after topping off coolant and removing and retorquing the lugs myself and was told “there must be an internal leak” and various excuses were made.
