I haven't been to the dentist in a few years and was very nervous to go. It was a great experience, everyone was so friendly and polite. I had x-rays and made a pal for a few things to be done. Dr. Luke was very friendly and professional and explained everything. Highly recommend and am excited I found a new office that is relaxed and I feel comfortable in.
I really like this office and all the dentist that my family deal with this office been really great and checked over teeth
In addition to excellent dental care, in the 20+ years of going to Champaign Dental Group, it's the people that keep me coming back. Everyone is always friendly and upbeat, and they always go that extra mile to take care of me. I highly recomment this group.
While their care is good. They seem to have some major issues with staffing or time management maybe both. 3 separate appoints over 6 months each one arrive 10-15 minutes early and have waited 20-30 minutes past my scheduled time if you are that far behind schedule consistently over a half a year you need to schedule less appointments or hire more staff in a larger office.
