very unprofessional called to speak with a manager and they hung up one star they shouldnt even get that from me

I had them install a new motor on my machine shed door. They were great and responsive. They came out and gave me and estimate in which I accepted. They installed it the next week. Very reasonable reliable and professional company.
Shockingly bad customer service by phone trying to schedule to get a quote. The person I spoke to identified themself as the owner. Very patronizing and had no interest in answering very basic questions about their process.
I called to see what the cost would be to fix my censor for my garage door. A woman answered the phone and was very nice and got me scheduled. The technician came out and looked at what needed to be done. The censor box itself was fine but the wires needed to be re-connected and he told me there would be no charge.
