Giving a not so good review because on their website they had listed several bikes that were in store for around $500 when I get there they say they have nothing under a grand. Update your website or is this a cheap sales tactic?

We apologise that there was a misunderstanding with our website and stock. Our website updates every hour, but we are sorry if you feel like your trip to our store was not worthwhile. Unfortunately there is a large shortage of bicycles nationwide which has impacted our current stock. We continually receive new stock on a weekly basis and if you would like to reach out we can try to find the right bike for you.
RecommendedThis place is amazing! I brought my crazy TT bike in for a much needed look over and Andrew and Greg provided the best bike service I’ve had in the area. They answered questions, gave pointers, and, advice I needed to assist with owning my first carbon bike. I cannot recommend them enough. If you need professional bike service or sales in the county, heck! the state—head on over to Champaign Cycle! Thanks again y’all.
I'm a townie but new to biking so I didn't know what to expect when I came here looking for a road bike after watching a few videos online. I was shocked to find a clean retail environment rather than a dusty mom and pops environment. And I would soon learn that for a newbie like me the biking world is your oyster when you come to Champaign cycle. Go Trek.

I started cycling only a few years ago. Champaign Cycle has always been patient and understanding with my, lack of understanding. They are friendly and always kind, which matters to me. Anytime I have needed service, they have always been fair and incredibly quick. Their service department is second to none. I can not recommend Champaign cycle enough, they really are knowledgeable, patient and kind people.
Excellent service! Hope new bike lasts a long time for our daughter — but NO QUESTION that we will be getting her next bike here too. Thanks!
