Champaign County Tent was super easy to work with for our wedding after party. We contacted them about 2.5 months out from our party (although I’d recommend calling earlier just to be on the safe side) and they made the process about as easy as it could be. They delivered the rental items for free on any order above $75 (if your order is less than $75, they just charge you the difference as a delivery fee). Because I had a prior good experience renting tables and chairs for an outdoor event, I was shocked when dirty, scratched up chairs with missing feet arrived. These were completely inappropriate for my indoor event. I was offered replacements, but given the condition of the first chair delivery I did not trust that any replacement or upgrade would be of the quality I had hoped.
