The staff really listens and asks questions to clarify what I'm saying. They are very nice people, who are efficient and knowledgeable about their fields. I would most definitely recommend this clinic to others.
I have had the worst experience with CCCHC! Initially, I was told that the center would take care of everything and all the services are free of cost! It is not the case. I have ended up paying a lot of money from my pocket and the center does not even provide the test results to the patient even after repeated requests. The staff is very sweet in the beginning only, and not consistent thereafter, showing true (not-respectful) colors later. I am not sure how such organizations are permitted to operate in USA!
They clearly don't know or understand that Medicaid isn't good public insurance when it comes to dental related issues
