Champagne leaves a bad taste... Is their taste too expensive to give good service? My fiance and I were casually walking around town after luch when I ran into Champagne Taste and wow did they leave a bad taste in my mouth. I was looking for a bridal outfit, a 1950's throwback, or something along those lines for an up coming photo shoot. I found a few things that were a bit pricey, but worth trying on. Great for Formal Dresses I purchased my wedding dress from Champagne Taste. I paid pennies on the dollar for what my dress was worth. Not only did they have a wide selection of wedding dresses, they had many formal dresses there, as well. I didn't have a problem with the service, in fact the lady who assisted me was very nice.
God Bless your Vision I made a special trip on a Friday to another Shop called Rag Dolls and I left out of there unnoticed and no one even spoke to me they were not friendly then as i was leaving I saw Champagne Taste the inventory it self caused me to want to stay and the owners inter action was great and as i was looking she extending a conversation and then I knew we had something in common Jesus She is saved and loves jesus so I am not sure what others experience was but her light shined when i was there Have a Blessed D... read more
I was born and raised in Kirkland and the owner of this stories also from Kirkland.Sold a fur for me. Fine. Left two designer purses. Kept in touch as I would be gone for one year.Called every couple of months. No problem, leave the purses here. Haven't sold yet. Upon return, they were donated. FURIOUS!!!!!! Each purse was purchased for $400.00. Agree with customer service. On phone for 15 minutes while they tried to figure out what was going on. Scared! This store really scared me. I dropped off my clothing, and I got a phone call from them the same day asking if certain things belonged to me or someone else! It put me on edge as I wasn't sure if they lost some things, and I thought that they weren't responsible or organized. Then, while their contract specifically says that they do not call you to update you on your account, they are incredibly annoyed when you do call for an update. I'll stick with beer... – I have gone into Champagne Taste several times (we live nearby and often see the new merchandise in the window as we walk downtown) and each time we have visited I have left the store almost angry at the lack of customer service. Just recently, I needed a dress and stopped into the store mid-afternoon.
