0/5 stars, it may look nice because of the “aesthetic” but the customer service is TERRIBLE, would not recommend. Corey who was supposed to be asssisting my table in a problem with our order walked away to get a manager apparently then after waiting for some time no response or update, just ignored & we go to the bar all of the sudden there is no manager on duty. I would not recommend it’s not worth it all to be ignored & get trash food that takes forever to come out.

I dropped in for the monthly tap jam. Saw it promoted on social media and wanted to check it out. It was INCREDIBLE. I paid $15 at the door. This got me into the speakeasy and a glass of champagne, live jazz band playing and tap dancers taking over the floor improvising! Truly a hidden New York City gem. This would be such a fun date night or girls night out. The energy was amazing in the room. I didn’t eat but many people in speak easy had bites at the bar. This place takes maximalism to new heights. Its unassuming entrance leads into a stunning space so perfect for a girls night out, bachelorette party or date night in nyc that it had to be called Champagne Problems. The drinks are delicately crafted and there’s a button on every tab that you can literally press for champagne. The service was stellar and the soundtrack set the mood for a fun night out. Can’t wait for an excuse to return.
