$30!!!!!! for a REGULAR manicure on my real nails with no polish AT ALL!!! Nail extensions were already removed before I got there.

I couldn’t have had a worse gel manicure. First, a different technician was doing my nails while getting my pedicure and therefore I was unable to enjoy the pedicure at all. My gel manicure was finished within less than 10 minutes and looks absolutely terrible. When I asked her to slow down or paint the complete nail, she got frustrated and told me that she was one. This was my first time here. I read some reviews before making the appointment, and booked with Peter because so many people recommended him. He did a fantastic job! He works quickly and efficiently, and really pays attention to detail. I got a builder gel fill, and got the nails shortened and re-shaped.

I was really disappointed in my experience here. My friends suggested this location to me because they had all had great experiences, so please keep that in mind, however, I made a reservation for a nail appointment (basic gel manicure) for 5:15 PM and was out of the salon with completed services by 5:30 PM. I had to ask the nail technician to cut my nails and she did not do any nail shaping or cuticle rimming. There was also no massage cream or hot towel, as described on the website.
