Extremely disappointed with services. I wanted a basic mani/pedi and was in and out in 20 minutes. No trimming of cuticles, massage/lotion, soaking of feet - just gel off and on (for the same price as a regular mani/pedi). Messy application as well
Came here for a gel manicure and was highly disappointed. The lady who did my nails was clearly trying to rush through my nails. She clipped my cuticles so badly that my fingers are hurting today and for some reason she cut the top skin of my nails which I had to tell her to stop cuz they were hurting. My nail polish has already started to chip and the quality looks rushed and poorly done. $30!!!!!! for a REGULAR manicure on my real nails with no polish AT ALL!!! Nail extensions were already removed before I got there.
I couldn’t have had a worse gel manicure. First, a different technician was doing my nails while getting my pedicure and therefore I was unable to enjoy the pedicure at all. My gel manicure was finished within less than 10 minutes and looks absolutely terrible. When I asked her to slow down or paint the complete nail, she got frustrated and told me that she was one.
