I booked a pedicure for two guests three days before the appointment and was told on arrival there was no appointment, even though it had been confirmed. I left my baby for the first time to make this work, and all I was offered was to rebook in September. This isn’t about the promotion—it’s about the lack of accountability and the complete inconvenience caused.

It was my first time visiting this nail salon. The receptionist Jocelyn was very kind — I originally booked the last spot at 7 PM, but she let me know when a 6 PM cancellation opened up, which I really appreciated. However, the pedicure service I received felt a bit rushed, because it was right before my technician Cali’s shift ended. I came to get my nails done here and it was amazing! Tiana did a great job on my mani/pedi. She was attentive, gave relaxing massage, highly recommend!

Wanted a reg pedi/mani. Just like other low reviews, rushed, poor quality/skills applying nail polish, inconsistent service. My pedi was started the same time as another woman’s and mine ended 10 min earlier. Mani - I didn’t even finish it; I can do a better job at home. It’s a cheap nail salon, but I might as well do my own nails at home.
