Broker gave time for 1 pm, arrived at 1 pm and loaded quickly on our hotshot. Folks here are supportive and professional.
If you are researching this business to deliver coils, stay away. If you have already accepted the load, i am so sorry. Arrived 1045 for Appt at 1130 it is now 1400 and not a single coil has been lifted off the trailer.
I had an appointment for 8:30 delivery. I arrived 8:10 done unloading me at 8:39. There is room on side street by entrance to park overnight dryvan load
Horrible !!! Coil reciving guy in warehouse is working like an old granny, hiding and resting between the coils!!! You need a more energic guy here!!!
Place is a joke. Sitting an hour inside waiting for people to wake up and do their job. Has appointment times for delivery. But obviously management never makes employees do anything.
