Can confirm, very slow to just get off 1 damn coil! These guys don't seem to care that drivers don't get paid hourly. Staff is friendly as hell though, just slow. Just wanted to confirm that 2 years later and there has been ZERO improvement to wait times. Pack a lunch if you have to come to this place.
Hello to every truck driver that delivers here if u need a restart this is ur company SUPPER SLOW and everyone is very important i watched a guy play with ac just to make it look like he was doing something it is insane they need the product but not right now oooo and one more u can park overnight alongside the company
Prepare at least 1hr checking in only,rubbish.
"I had a poor experience during check-in at this facility. The staff member was visibly frustrated, used a disrespectful tone, and provided unclear instructions when I asked for a door assignment. Professionalism is a basic expectation for customer-facing roles, and this interaction fell well short of that standard. Drivers deserve to be treated with basic respect while doing their jobs."
