had 8.30 am app. was on time, but who cares. it took 4 hour to get empty
Been here 4 hours now after getting loaded, strapped, and tarped I’m still waiting on paperwork
Read the reviews and got upset. Appointment was at 12 AM, arrived at 9:30 AM and checked in. The main person in the office was very friendly, joking around. After 15 minutes, I was called to the dock. The loader worked quickly and efficiently. I left at 11:30 AM, fully loaded and tarped
Showed up at 2:48 as was told to be there by 3 pm so was there by 3 and refused to load me because it was too close to 3 a bunch of lazy people will be contacting corporate if you don't like last minute trucks change your shipping times to 1 so these guys don't get there hours not the drivers fault but the driver is the only one getting hurt
