I came in with the hopes to buy a dress I had tried on at a different store and thanks to Champagne and Lace's huge selection, it was there! I didn't catch the name of my consultant but she was amazing in every way! She was so helpful trying on dresses and so encouraging when we chose the one. She later professionally walked us through choosing the size and purchasing the dress. Such a great store and so glad I bought my prom dress from here!Â

The ladies here are experienced and quick. I tried on many dresses, and although I didn’t find “the dress” I was pleased with my experience. The employees were very kind when helping me find colours and styles that suited me.Â

I unfortunately didn’t get my dress from Champagne & Lace and wish I gave them my business after having a terrible experience buying my dress at The Bridal Gallery. At Champagne & Lace I tried on around 15 dresses picked by my consultant (Karen I think?). She removed and added dresses based on what I was liking and really tailored the experience perfectly for me.
