Robynn and her staff are the best. The customer service is second to none, they understand their clients needs, and are are just so wonderful to deal with. I cannot say enough about Robynn. I absolutely love her and her commitment.

I can’t say enough positive things about C & L, and in particular, our hostess Karen. She had basic info on what my daughter was looking for, and kept pulling dress after dress to be sure she found just the right one. My daughter said yes to the dress! The whole experience was lovely and fun. We have been to other bridal stores and they all pale in comparison to Champaign and Lace.

Bought my daughter’s prom dress here and was super happy with the whole process. Jacky was amazing and when we couldn’t decide between 2 dresses, we came back for a second appointment. Jacky was patient, supportive and made the time feel special. Dress came in as ordered and we are thrilled. Highly recommend!
