My experience at Champagne & Lace was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so comfortable, supported, and celebrated. They truly listened to what I was looking for and helped me find my dream wedding dress — one that made me feel confident, beautiful, and completely “me.” The entire process was seamless, from the first appointment to final fittings. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more caring team. Highly recommend Champagne & Lace to any bride-to-be!Â
I unfortunately didn’t get my dress from Champagne & Lace and wish I gave them my business after having a terrible experience buying my dress at The Bridal Gallery. At Champagne & Lace I tried on around 15 dresses picked by my consultant (Karen I think?). She removed and added dresses based on what I was liking and really tailored the experience perfectly for me. Had a wedding dress trial appt with Jacky and she was lovely! Listened to my concerns and helped me feel comfortable. I had not decided, but after sleeping on it wanted to come back to try on a dress one more time. She was accomidating and got me in right away. I ended up ordering the dress and am excited for it to come in Jan. Thank you Jacky!!Â
Had the best experience with our consultant Karyn! She hit the mark on ALL the dresses she brought over for me to try on! She definitely understood the assignment when I explained my vision!! All the dresses were gorgeous & under budget. It was such a calming, welcoming experience & definitely will recommend Champagne & Lace to everyone!!Â
I went to a few stores to try on prom dresses and champagne and lace was by far the most positive experience I had! Karen helped me, at first I pulled dresses but eventually Karen was just bringing me ones she thought I would like, and she nailed my style. In end my top three dresses where all ones she had picked. Such an amazing experience!Â
