My mom and I happened to be driving past C&L and stopped the car because one of the dresses in the window was so stunning. We popped in and briefly spoke with Robin about it and I ended up getting on their cancellation list for the following day so I could try it on. I promised her I'd write a review so here I am in all my honesty. Jacky, right off the bat you knew this wasn't my first rodeo. But you helped me beyond words. I hate shopping. If I could give these guys 6/5, I would! They are amazing! I had previously bought another wedding dress (from store that will go unnamed) and I felt super pressed into buying it by the sales lady that I caved. It wasn’t my dream dress so I decided to try this store…and boy I wish I went here first! I had Jacky as my helper and she was the BEST!!! She made sure that I felt confident in my decision and did not pressure me at all. She listened super well and was the absolute best I could have asked for!Â
I had such a great experience finding my wedding dress at Champagne & Lace! Jackie was amazing—so kind, super knowledgeable, and really listened to what I was looking for. She gave helpful suggestions without being pushy and made a real effort to show me dresses under my budget (which I really appreciated, especially since that hasn't been my experience at other bridal shops).
