It was truly disappointing. The service was nonexistent. You seated yourself, ordered using a QR code and paid the service before you even received anything. Cutlery was in a box and water was brought when asked but staff couldn't be bothered to pour it. My son took me out with his Christmas money thinking this would be a special treat. At least McDonald's is cheap! 😥
Will not be coming back. Have to pay via QR code before anything arrives. Feels like fast food in a swanky restaurant. Food was fine- not great. Service was non existent, thus the QR code, and the most the waiter did was bring the food without eye contact. Services charge is compulsory. Speaks for itself. Go round the corner to an actual restaurant. Really, really not worth it. Especially since it is charging similar prices to real restaurants. It’s a cash grab and it feels like one
Fun pop-up for Xmas. The Perrier-Jouet BDB champagne 🍾 is super, and prices reasonable compared with retail cost. Decent food.
I sat outside and had some food and mulled wine. The QR code ordering system was great (online menu worked really well), service was very fast and friendly, mulled cider and wine was hot and delicious, and the chicken schnitzel and macaroni cheese were superb. Inside very extremely noisy with the music, so this is an outside review only!
A wonderful experience and great staff make for a perfect pitstop before the train!
