From the moment I first met Stacey, I knew she & I would get along! Stacey is kind, creative, hard working and more. What she can do with cakes and desserts is out of this world. We'd been meaning to visit Champagne & Gumboots for a long time, and I'm so glad we finally did. Our son has an anaphylactic wheat allergy, so eating out is often stressful and comes with a lot of second-guessing. Being able to walk into a place where he could choose anything from the menu and we could trust it completely was an incredible feeling. First time visit today. We were looking forward to a sunny outdoor table in the beautiful Swan Valley but turns out the cafe is located at the back of a concrete jungle overlooking a carpark. We were after the full Valley experience on a sunny winter morning so was disappointed with this one ngl. Well the last time I ate gluten free it was like cardboard, but what a nice surprise Champaign and Gumboot was to my taste buds. the wife had to drag me in and after a minute I decided on jam roll and coffee, the coffee was smooth, the cake was bloody wonderful 😋- check my other posts I only give 5 stars if the food is exceptional and C&G is just that WONDERFUL 👌
We used Champagne & Gumboots for our wedding cupcakes and they were honestly one of the highlights of the night. We ordered 150 cupcakes across five flavours (jam donut, yuzu, s’mores, red velvet and snickers), and every single one was incredible. Not only were they absolutely delicious, but the flavours themselves were so well thought out.
